This home was purchased by our clients who were living out-of-state and moving to the Houston area. We had one month to complete a cosmetic remodel that included electrical changes and updates, all new interior and exterior paint, removing and replacing the roof, removing and replacing the flooring, renovating three baths from the tile forward, replacing the plumbing and lighting fixtures throughout the home, and removing the previous countertops and replacing the countertops with the client’s new granite countertop selection. The home was “freshen-up” for our clients within the allotted time and their move into the home went smoothly.
